  • Sellers must ship items within 3 business days of a sale.

  • EuropeKpopSwap provides pre-generated shipping labels to ensure consistency and ease of use.

  • If items are not shipped within the 3-day deadline, buyers will be automatically refunded.

  • Shipping fees are set by the platform and cannot be modified by sellers.

  • Sellers are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during shipping.

Payment Policy

​

  • All payments are held by EuropeKpopSwap until the buyer confirms receipt of the item.

  • Sellers will receive payment only after the buyer confirms delivery.

  • Buyers may request a refund if:

    • The item is not received within the expected timeframe.

    • The item is significantly different from the listing description.

  • Direct payment between buyer and seller is not allowed; all transactions must go through EuropeKpopSwap to ensure safety and platform protection.

  • Platform fees:

    • Currently, EuropeKpopSwap does not charge any service fees.

    • Fees may be introduced in the future; users will be notified in advance.
