Sellers are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during shipping.

Sellers will receive payment only after the buyer confirms delivery.

Buyers may request a refund if:

Direct payment between buyer and seller is not allowed; all transactions must go through EuropeKpopSwap to ensure safety and platform protection.
